Washington - White House spokesperson, Abdullah Al Saud, said today, "The increase was unavoidable since the acronychal had an adverse aspect on the alchemical quintessence." Al Saud went on to say, "We believe the president has used good judgment and a hearing is planned to determine when and where this happened by using the Alfridaria system."
The Alfridaria system derived from the mixed Arabic and Persian "al firdar", the alfridaria, or alfridaries, is a system of planetary periods of Persian origin first described as far as we know by Abu Mashar. Originally intended for the long term forecasting of historical events, the system can also be used in predicting an individual's or group's menstrual periods.

The price of oil has "exploded" primarily because of the activities of futures traders who believe they have the right to extract money from everybody to make themselves rich.
Would it be morally wrong for governments to step in, and buy oil directly from the producers, have it refined and sell it at the proper price to the people who use it?
Or is it morally imperative that a small group of very rich people should be granted the right to muck everything up for all the rest of us?
And can I have some of what it sounds like al Saud has been smoking?
