Before George W. Bush's dictatorship, I would have said that this is not going to be a good thing. I would have said that because Spanish Americans, as a group, are under the control of the Catholic Church. As a former Catholic I was molested by a priest and then told that it was God's will because I had not been a good Catholic. Then there's the fact that the Catholic Church supported Adolf Hitler until the bitter end of WWII. I believe only an idiot or a sociopath would let these assholes in the Vatican control anything but their own bowel movements. And in that same vein, to believe the Catholics and the Jews gave a damn about each other is to believe that a pretty woman's farts don't stink. That does not in any way imply that I'll not go undercover for a pretty woman.

But, I respect what's he's trying to do, and I put his name in the hat for an award for "Telling the brutal truth". Why then would we be at each others throats?
