As a Vietnam veteran and a 100% service connected disabled veteran, I can, if I really, really try, find some compassion for old man McCain. If for no other reason, we've talked face to face, and I spent a small fortune trying to promote him over George W. Bush in 2004. Not because I thought McCain was presidential material, I knew better. He's eaten up with P.T.S.D. He's full of hate and his memory is shorter than a piss ant's dick.
I did so because John Kerry had already established the fact that he was going to take the high road against Bush as Al Gore had. When you're dealing with barbarians like Bush, Cheney, and Rove, the high road is a bridge to nowhere. It's the equivalent of the three little pigs inviting a starving wolf pack to lunch.
Now, I'm not trying to change the minds of any Christian Fundamentalists, and swing them over to Obama. The three little pigs would have a better chance with the wolf pack than I would trying to do that. Religion attacks the body's supply of iodine like cancer attacks the living cells. The more religion one takes in, the more iodine one depletes. If you want to test this hypothesis, go into any Fundamentalist church. You will quickly notice that 75% of those in attendance will be obese. The reason being is that a shortage of iodine slows the metabolisms. Iodine is called the "metabolizer", as it has one of the highest vibratory frequency rates of all elements. Its main effect within the body is on the thyroid gland which controls many happenings within the body. When iodine is low, the thyroid cannot keep the body in a quickened state of health, so everything seems to slow down.
I'm going to stop here and go eat some iodized salt because everything slowed down and I got off the subject of John McCain. If you don't mind, I'll turn it over to Keith Olbermann. CLICK HERE FOR SHORT VIDEO.
