If the world should suddenly lose all the ancient knowledge that authoritatively challenged universal consent and belief, such as Euclid's Elements of Geometry, the writings of Homer, Plato, Aristotle, Demosthenes, Cicero, and etc., the results would be we'd have only a book of fairytales as our point of reference.
There would be no shipping lanes, no airplanes, no internet, and doctors would be bleeding their patients to cure the mumps. The world would still be filled with nothing but ignorant, frightened little minds believing the world was flat and paying homage to sociopaths like Bob Jones, Kenneth Copeland, Billy Graham, Oral Roberts, Pat Robertson, Benny Hinn, and throwing virgins off of cliffs.
"There is no such thing as separation of church and state. It is merely a figment of the imagination of infidels." -W.A. Criswell, Senior Pastor of Dallas's First Baptist Church
(One can only assume that this fool, the late W.A. Criswell, had never heard of Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock, and John Adams; just in case one of Criswell's idiots is reading this. These men were signatories of the Declaration of Independence among other worthwhile things.)
"I want to say to all you Scribes, Pharisees, heresy hunters, all of you that are going around pickin' little bits of doctrinal error out of everybody's eyes and dividin' the Body of Christ...get out of God's way, stop blockin' God's bridges (of unity), or God's goin' to shoot you if I don't...let Him sort out all this doctrinal doodoo!...I refuse to argue any longer with any of you out there! Don't even call me if you want to argue...Get out of my life! I don't want to talk to you...I don't want to see your ugly face!" -Paul Crouch
It is true that there is an urgent need to purge the trash of humanity that has disgraced our flag, devalued our dollar, set up torture camps around the world, has two wars going, and a third war just around the corner. And it's my opinion that this slimy little sociopath Paul Crouch would be about as good of place to start as any.
