Nothing could be fairer than the United States getting the toxic pollutants of other self-serving countries that couldn't care less about the health of our planet. We've been sending our garbage to all those East of us now for decades.

That's true. America (and the UK) have been exporting jobs, rubbish and toxic waste abroad for a long time now. It's both ironic and fair that some of it is coming back again. Guess who won't accept any blame for it though?
