NEW YORK (Reuters) – Lehman Brothers (LEH.N) shares lost about 40 percent on Thursday as Wall Street questioned whether the investment bank will survive because of its failure to sell assets to cover losses from toxic real estate investments. In early trade, the stock was recently down $2.92, or 40 percent, at $4.32 as analysts voiced doubts about the bank's survival plan, laid out on Wednesday by Chief Executive Dick Fuld. The shares have lost about 76 percent since Monday and are down 94 percent from their 52-week high of $67.73. END
Hey, guys and gals, let's sing some good old George Exxon Bush songs.
Oh, it's crying time again, you're going to leave me--Don't be cruel, to heart that's true--Born to lose, I've lived my life in vain--Don't look so sad, I know it's over--Yesterday, it seems so far away.
It just doesn't get any better than this. If you haven't been telling Bush idiots what was going to happen since 2000, like I have, then you just can't comprehend the joy of listening to them whine. I knew they didn't give a damn how many troops were killed in Iraq, but would scream bloody murder when they got hit in the pocketbook. Burn baby burn.

My old man, he had oil...
so I'd never have to toil!
With a knick-knack, bomb Iraq
all your money's spent...
I'm a wartime president!
My old man, made a call...
so I didn't go to 'nam at all!
With a knick-knack, bomb Iraq
all your money's spent...
I'm a wartime president!
Did my time in the Guard...
Went AWOL... It wasn't hard!
With a knick-knack, bomb Iraq
all your money's spent...
I'm a wartime president!
