Ok Bob as a devoted Elvis fan since 1957 I will give you 8 out of 10 for trying. It sounds like an Elvis practice session.

My wife has just listened to tis and says that's the best impression she has heard and could not believe that it was not the real thing.

  To say thanks is not enough. It was super nice of you and your wife to listen to song, and I'll gladly accept an "8".
  
  The truth is I didn't want to put those Elvis type phases in the song. I wanted to do it natural, but the engineer insisted so I did the best I could.
  
  I liked Elvis and had the good fortune to spend a little time with him through Sam Phillips. Elvis was a special guy who wanted to give 110% daily, and the human body wasn't designed for that 24/7 pressure. I've always kept my output at about 2%.
